Petr Zolotarev was appointed General Director of ROSVODOKANAL Group of companies, the largest private operator of water supply and water disposal system in Russia.

Occupying the key positions of the leading Russian and foreign companies in the past, Petr Zolotarev got significant managerial experience. Mr. Zolotarev specializes in restructuring and improving holding companies, enhancing the effectiveness of the companies, raising the corporate level of management and capitalization of businesses.

“I see my basic target in raising ROSVODOKANAL to a new stage of development preserving high standards in every sphere of its activities from providing customer service to observing environmental requirements”, Petr Zolotarev commented on his appointment.

According to him, “the sector needs the participation of strong players, such as ROSVODOKANAL”.

Biographical information

Petr Sergeyevich Zolotarev was born June 30, 1965, in Moscow.

In 1986, graduated from Moscow Aviation institute named after S.Ordzhonikidze, “Engineer and economist” diploma, with honors; in 1996 got an MBA degree in finance. Took advanced training courses, including those at the Institute of Advanced Training with the All Union Academy of external trade and at the International School of  Management (Lausanne).

In different times held top management positions with Russian and foreign companies. Was head of board of directors of JSC GAZ, General Director of JSC Russkie Mashiny, acting as President of YUKOS-RM, was in the border of directors of JSC Aviakor – aviation works, JSC Voenno-Promyshlennaya Company, was in charge of financial activities of Oxidental Petroleum CIS and YUKOS-Moscow oil company.  Since 2007 – general director and chairman of the board of the Russian and Holland tire holding Amtel-Vredestein.

Married, has two sons.
