Krasnodar Vodokanal

Operated under Rosvodokanal's management, Krasnodar Vodokanal is responsible for water supply and wastewater disposal in the town of Krasnodar.

At present Krasnodar Vodokanal operates 11 water-intake facilities. Water is produced using only artesian wells with a depth of 80 to 800 metres. The company employs over 2000 people.

Vodokanal has a Drinking-Water Test Centre (ITsPV), which is certified by RF GosStandart [Standardisation, Metrology and Certification Committee] and which is rightfully considered the best of its kind in the entire South Federal District.

In 2007, Vodokanal was pronounced the best company in the area of housing and public utilities of the town of Krasnodar.

Under the investment programme, Krasnodar will see RUR3.2 bln invested over 5 years in accordance with the town's master plan for urban development.
