HR management policies

The HR management policies of Rosvodokanal are aimed at forming a team of professionals at all members of the group. Our job is to build a company meeting the leading-edge requirements in technological development and seen as the employer of choice. That is why we give special attention not only to recruiting highly skilled personnel, but also to matters of professional advancement and incentive for the staff of our businesses.

Every year Rosvodokanal allocates more than 10 mln roubles for training programmes. In 2008 the Company made available some 16 mln roubles for training programmes.

Rosvodokanal pays for the training of students in the field of water supply and water disposal at best colleges and universities in the country. We meet the full cost of second higher education in the specialist fields of water supply and water disposal, finance and credit, and law at the Omsk State University and Siberian State Road-Transport Academy.

In addition, as part of the corporate training programme, the staff of all the Company's subsidiaries is offered refresher courses, including at such prestigious educational centres as the International Business School of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Moscow), GASIS [State Academy of Investment Specialists] (Moscow), Progress Training Centre (St Petersburg), etc. Every year the company gives over 60 courses in dozens of specialist fields.

The Company has a Candidate Pool programme in place , which makes it possible to increase the corporate HR potential and manage the group's businesses in an efficient manner. Rosvodokanal focuses on recruiting college and university graduates and is involved with dedicated educational establishments in the territories which host our businesses entity with the object of securing the best candidates for the Company.

The incentive scheme motivates the staff to contribute to the overall result of the Company's activities. The performance-based compensation is pegged to the results of the employee's activities, which helps to realize his or her potential in full and facilitates his or her professional advancement. Rosvodokanal guarantees improvement in the social situation of its staff. In implementing its social programmes, the Company ensures high performance and formation of a highly professional team.
