Starting August 2011 Mr. Shneyderman has become the CEO of ROSVODOKANAL Group.

Prior to that, since June 2008 he has held the position of CEO of AGRO-Invest, one of Russia’s leading agricultural companies. Previously he was the CFO at Inchcape plc, a leading UK-based international automotive retailer. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Shneyderman was the CFO of Verysell Inc., a leading international IT services and systems integration company. Between 2000 to 2003, Mr. Shneyderman served as the CFO of Entropia, Inc., a San Diego-based start-up company.

Mr. Shneyderman holds a B.S. in Finance and Banking from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Alexander Shenkman graduated from the Engineering and Construction School of the Riga Polytechnic Institute majoring in water supply and water disposal, and underwent doctoral studies in national economy at the Latvian State University.

He is Doctor of Economics. His doctoral thesis was on «Systemic Reorganization of Industrial Enterprises in the Transitional Economic Conditions».

Alexander Shenkman's job record covers his work from a construction site foreman up to a chief engineer. He has been a shareholder and top manager in a number of companies in Russia and Latvia.

He is the author of research papers published in Russia and abroad on systemic reorganization of industrial enterprises and on the issues of structure-initiating areas of national economies.

He has been awarded a number of state, industry and public decorations.

He was born on June 23, 1957 in Omsk.

Mr. Nos is a graduate of the Omsk Institute of Railroad Engineers and the Omsk Law Institute.

He worked for the Omsk Section of the Western Siberian Railroad and, later, was an official in local authority bodies.

He held the positions of the Deputy Head and, later, the Head of the Leninsky Administrative District of Omsk, the First Deputy Mayor of Omsk. He was elected a deputy of the Omsk City Council, a deputy of the Omsk Region Legislative Assembly.

In 2006 the Omsk Vodokanal Company's Board of Directors appointed Mr. Nos the enterprise General Director.

Sergey Nos is a corresponding member of the International Management Academy, the winner of the 2007 Manager of the Year National Contest in the Housing and Municipal Services nomination.

In 1996 he was awarded the Order of Merit for the Motherland Medal, 2nd degree, pursuant to the Decree by the RF President.

He was born in 1972 ãîäó. In 1995 Mr. Pesochinskiy graduated from the Plekhanov Russian Economic Academy majoring in finances and credit. In 1996 he got the MBA Finance academic degree from the Moscow International Business School (MIRBIS) at the Plekhanov Russian Economic Academy.

Prior to his joining ROSVODOKANAL Mr. Pesochinskiy held the position of Financial Director for Amtel-Vredestein company and also worked for YUKOS oil company.

He was born in 1972. In 1997 Mr. Troyankin graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology majoring in applied mathematics and physics. In 1999 he got the professional retraining diploma for finances and banking from the Intersectoral Skill Improvement Institute at the Plekhanov Russian Economic Academy.

In 1998-2003 he was professionally training for human resource management in world leading companies under the program of know-how sharing and international professional certification.

Prior to his joining ROSVODOKANAL Mr. Troyankin worked as top manager for YUKOS, Evrazholding, RUSAGRO, Amtel-Vredestein companies.
