Since 1949, ROSVODOKANAL  Group has been specializing in providing pre-commissioning services for water-supply and wastewater-disposal systems across the entire territory of the former USSR. Since 2003, ROSVODOKANAL  has been a member of the Alfa Group. Access to the Alfa Group's investment resources, combined with its high technical competences, has enabled the company to develop its service-provider business in a short span of time and claim a leading position in WSU [water and sewage utilities] asset management in Russia.

Today, ROSVODOKANAL  runs the town water and sewages services in Barnaul, Kaluga and Kaluga Region, Krasnodar, Omsk, Orenburg, Tver, Tyumen.

The Group comprises the service companies RVK-Consulting and VSK-centre. RVK-Consulting provides engineering services, certification services, troubleshooting services for chemical and bacteriological laboratories. VSK-centre specializes in building contract work for water and isewage utilities under investment programmes and overhaul programmes; it has subsidiaries in 7 territories of Russia and in Ukraine.
